VENISE, 1931 - Les origines du Harry's Bar

À la fin des années 1920, Giuseppe Cipriani est barman à l'hôtel Europa de Venise. C'est là qu'un jeune Américain, Harry Pickering, séjourne chez une tante en Italie pour soigner son alcoolisme. À la suite d'une querelle, Harry se retrouve seul à Venise, sans le sou. C'est Giuseppe Cipriani qui l'aide à rentrer chez lui en lui prêtant de l'argent. Quelques années plus tard, Pickering retourne à Venise et rembourse sa dette : "Giuseppe, merci, voici l'argent. En fait, pour montrer ma gratitude, je vais aussi ajouter ceci : combien te faut-il pour ouvrir un bar dans la société ? "Nous l'appellerons le Harry's Bar".

A rosé wine born from a blend of white and red grapesThis allows the wine to sublimate and preserve the precious aromas of pear, strawberry, raspberry and violet. The grapes come from the hills of Refrontolo and are carefully pruned and defoliated to ensure optimum ripeness, in addition to normal growing practices, and production is kept very low to ensure that the grapes are rich in flavour and aroma.

Perlage: Fine but persistent and numerous.

Eye: Classic pink

Nose: A fine, intense bouquet, with fruity notes of redcurrants, wild strawberries and raspberries

Mouth : Structured, persistent and velvety
