Artisti Per Frescobaldi Castelgiocondo 2018

First of all, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG produced on the Castelgiocondo estate is the wine chosen by Tiziana Frescobaldi to unleash the imagination of the third edition of "Artisti per Frescobaldi", a contemporary art prize created by the family. At the end of one of CastelGiocondo's wine cellars, you'll find a sculpture by Massimo Bartolini. The work, entitled Rosa Sirena (2022-2023), completes the projects of Daniela De Lorenzo and Massimo Bartolini, the traditional creation of an original label for a limited edition and 111 bottles of CastelGiocondo Brunello di Montalcino 2018.
 

Eye: Intense ruby red

Nose: Fruity aromas of plum and blackberry, tobacco, spices, leather and toast.

Palate: Elegant, round, well-balanced, with good structure, hearty and with a pleasantly tannic finish.

Food and wine pairing: A red with excellent structure, it needs two travel plates and accessories to show it off to its best advantage. Perfect with braised meats, fillets and mature cheeses.
