Pinot Nero Revei 2020

"Pinot Noir Revei, in patois "clock", is linked to the history of the medieval tower that dominates our Aymavilles vineyard. The tower was the home of a hermit watchmaker who, through his craft, took us back to the theme of time and its value, in nature and for man. Time plays a fundamental role in his creations, from maturation to refinement. Here, time is extended to obtain, from grapes brought to optimum maturity, the best expressive potential of mountain Pinot Noir, skilfully matured in French wood and which, once bottled, still rests in our cellars".

Eye: Ruby red.

Nose: Pleasantly full, with notes of ripe red fruit, undergrowth and hints of cocoa.

Palate: Velvety, with pleasant acidity, fine tannins and a long finish.
