Nebbiolo 2021

Nebbiolo, emblematic of Piedmont, has always flourished in the Valle d'Aosta, where it is traditionally grown under the name Picotendro, nestling in the heart of alluvial valleys of glacial origin, particularly in the favourable Arnad and Issogne areas. Les Cretes dedicate their expertise to the vinification of this historic grape variety, seeking to sublimate its mountain identity with passion.

Eye: ruby red.

Nose: fruity (blackberry, cherry), with hints of violet and balsamic nuances.

Palate: immediate, elegant, flavoursome, fresh, sweet and slightly spicy. Lingering finish.

Food and wine pairings: mixed boiled meats, veal kidneys, ravioli with roasted sauce.
