Appearance : The wine has a straw yellow colour with classical copper hints.

Aroma : With an attractive fruity and floral bouquet, it got scents of violet and acacia.

Palate : In the mouth is ample, pleasant and well balanced, with a sweet aftertaste.

Food Pairing : The great success of this wine is due to its "easy" forwardness and versatility. It matches perfectly with tomato-based dishes and fish soups. Great as aperitif, with young cheese and cold cuts, as cooked ham and mortadella.

Service: A confident white wine, that should be served at 8-10°C.
