Description
The Allegrini family has been producing wines for over 400 years and is one of Italy's leading wine producers. Corte Giara was the first brand with which the Allegrini family expanded its wine portfolio in 1989. Working with other winemakers, the aim was to create a high-quality wine that would appeal to a broad target group. The heart of Corte Giara is the 33 hectares of vineyards surrounding the Naiano estate in Cavaion Veronese. As well as local vines, internationally renowned wines such as Chardonnay and Merlot also grow here on the south-facing slopes.
Tasting
Eye: A magnificent, luminous golden yellow colour.
Nose: The first nose of Corte Giara Chardonnay del Veneto reveals hints of lime, pink grapefruit and pear. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by even fruitier, balsamic nuances.

Thanks to its balanced fruity acidity, Corte Giara Chardonnay del Veneto flatters the palate with a velvety feel, without lacking in juicy liveliness. On the finish, this young wine from the Veneto wine region impresses with its fine length. Notes of pink grapefruit and nashi pear are once again present.
