Appearance: Clean, bright, intense cherry red colour with purple rim. 

Aroma: Strong and sweet bouquet. Ripe berries aromas. Vanilla and slightly toasted hints.

Palate: Full bodied wine, elegant tannin, and good acidity. Long finish, sweet and toasted.

Food Pairing: It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
