Monolith, Pinot Noir 2021

Since 1998, Christian and Francisca Obrecht have been following the same path together. What started as a friendship in a student flat has become a rhythmic ensemble. The two of them cultivate in the fifth generation under the Jenin sun. In the light, Francisca tickles the best of the vines, in the cellar Christian coaxes the hidden juices. In this way, they complement each other like day and night, a constant circle in which the new and the tested are always surprisingly combined.

It is the striking fusion of nature and creative craftsmanship. Biodynamic Pinot Noir grapes ferment spontaneously in wood after a cold period and mature for one year in barrique, unfiltered.
