UBY - Sauvignon - Sec Sans Alcool

Since 1920, the MOREL FAMILY has been working to give a human, environmental and sustainable direction to the UBY estate. Drawing inspiration from nature is the family's leitmotiv, but above all their philosophy. François Morel (3rd generation) expresses it through his wines: wines of pleasure and quality, wines of conviviality and sharing in the image of the wines of Gascony and the region.

Produced from organic Sauvignon vines, the ripe fruit is harvested at night and fermented at low temperature before being matured on fine lees.

The wine is then dealcoholised. The alcohol is evaporated using a low-temperature evaporation process. This innovative technique ensures that the wine is not altered, and preserves its aromatic profile.

Eye: Pale colour with light green highlights.

Nose: Sauvignon Blanc profile with aromas of grapefruit and white peach.

Palate: Full and fresh on the palate, perfectly balanced.

Food and wine pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with mixed salads, raw fish such as sashimi, shellfish or white meats.
