Terre del Barolo
Roero Arneis 2023
docg
75clDescription
The Arneis green grape is grown in the Piedmont DOCG area of Roero, on the left bank of the Tanero river which gives the wine its name.
This grape is not grown anywhere else in Italy and had almost disappeared, but thanks to a revival of interest in white wines from Piedmont, this wine is now a popular white wine that fans have dubbed the "white Barolo".
Terre del Barolo has made it a typical example of Roero Arneis; a light, sweet, aromatic and fruity white wine with medium acidity. Perfect for a drink on the terrace, as an aperitif with snacks and for mild dishes with pasta, risotto, fish and vegetables.
