Tasting
Appearance : violet, dark red and purple
Aroma : a good concentration of mature dark red fruit aromas, black cherries and plums and gentle aromatic and fruity flavors.
Palate : Great balance and acidity, intense and velvety, with finesse and elegance, so traditional of Quinta Vale D. Maria Douro Red. The ageing in 75% new and 25% one year old French oak casks concentrated the original mature tannins of the wine and has helped smoothen its power, originating in a very elegant wine with great balance and finesse and a very long and fruity finish.
Contains sulfites
