Eye: Ruby colour.
Nose: Intense, complex aroma with spicy notes of wood truffles, pepper and a little cinnamon, light balsamic notes of resin, fresh red fruit, light stone notes and discreet, well-integrated wood.
Palate: Very smooth, with good volume, well rounded tannins and polished notes of fresh fruit and spices, with a well-balanced finish.
Pairings: Pair it with red meat or game dishes, as well as hard cheeses.
