Description

Hand-picked from steeply sloping olive groves. Cold-pressed in an ecological mill, with no added water or preservatives. Natural decanting at controlled temperatures in hermetically sealed stainless steel vats.

This is an entirely natural product. Precipitation may occur at low temperatures. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.

Tasting

Mild, slightly spicy olive oil with hints of green apple. Light green flavour, a mix between sweet and slightly spicy.

Ideal for seasoning/finishing, especially fish dishes, or to enjoy with bread.
