Description
Moët Impérial is the House's most emblematic champagne. Created in 1869, it represents the Moët & Chandon style with its brilliantly fruity taste, seductive palate and elegant maturity.
Created from over 100 different wines, 20-30% of which are reserve wines specially selected to enhance their maturity, complexity and coherence, the blend reflects the distinctive and complementary characteristics of the three grape varieties: the full-bodied Pinot Noir, the softness of the Pinot Meunier and the refinement of the Chardonnay.
Tasting
Eye: Elegant colour. Straw yellow with golden hues and green veins
Nose: A sparkling bouquet, with the vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit; the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers; the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereals, fresh nuts).
Palate: A generous palate combining sumptuousness and finesse, characterised by the delicate sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach, apple), the seductive caress of fine perlage and the gentle vivacity of citrus fruit and gooseberries.
