Brut Inspiration 1818

Each year, for the elaboration of its vintages, Maison Billecart-Salmon sources and vinifies on a number of plots greater than its needs.

The tasting committee then tastes the wines one by one from these plots and selects only the wines entering into the style of the House's cuvées. Some of the wines not selected are then chosen to be presented as the second wine of the House, under the Inspiration 1818 label which is offered to you.

Appearance: Clear and brilliant pale gold with golden reflections, fine and abundant bubbles.

On the Nose : Full-bodied, notes of butter, white fruits, plum and dried fruits.

Taste : Balanced, the mouth is structured by excellent Pinots Noirs, the aromatic is on the register of white fruits. The Chardonnays give this wine a refreshing finish on citrus and pepper.
