Description
Officially founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house. But its history goes back much further, to the 17th century, when the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart began working with the Abbot Dom Pérignon, from whom he learned the secrets of the Champagne method.
Champagne Rosé Second Skin is a new version, made with revolutionary packaging that follows the line of the bottle, is recyclable and whose paper comes from trees from European eco-managed forests. The eco-design is inspired by the Crayeres, Ruinart's marvellous limestone cellars, a UNESCO heritage site. The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
