This Clémence or treasure, has a clear yellow robe. The nose boasts citrus fruits and black currant buds, with a touch of exotic fruits, notably passion fruit, and a hint of mint. This Sauvignon, with its aromatic intensity and characteristic liveliness, is the emblematic grape of the Loire valley, and its power continues in mouth. To bring out its deliciously fruity pairing ability, serve it with white meats with sauces, fish or seafood. It is sublime with asparagus and is equally good with dry cheeses.
