Eye: A beautiful colour with moderate intensity and purple hues.

Nose: Powerful aromas of red and black fruits such as raspberries and cherries, as well as floral notes such as violets.

Mouth: Your palate will be charmed by a supple attack, elegant tannins and a freshness culminating in the finish.

Food pairing: Charcuterie, roasted meat, meat in sauce and cheese.
