Clémence Cabernet Franc has an irresistibly complex personality. Cabernet Franc is a Bordelaise grape, which has been at home on our terroir for more than three centuries. It gives wines of great class and power.
Tasting
At the eye : A shiny deep red with violet highlights.
At nose : Black and red fruits with some spicy notes.
In mouth : An elegant and classy structure. Complex aromas of black and red fruits (black currant, cherry, raspberry) accompanied by notes of tobacco and pepper. Long finish with apparent and elegant tannins.
