Les Collines de Laure, Syrah 2020

A pure expression of the Syrah grape from its place of origin

Terroir: A blend of grapes from young vines of the Northern & Southern Rhône.
 

Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and vinified in stainless steel temperature controlled vats. The wine is bottled 7 months after the harvest to preserve all its fruitiness.

Hue : A brilliant ruby colour.

Nose: The nose displays a wide range of small ripe red fruits with spicy undertones.

Palate: Round on the palate and full of freshness. Fine tannins make it a harmonious and balanced wine.

Service : slightly chilled to 15°C - 16°C. Excellent with cured meats, sausages or grilled pork tenderloin.
