I Mori 2020

The vigour of Calabria's main grape variety, Gaglioppo, and the sweetness of the great Bordeaux variety, Cabernet Sauvignon, come together to create I Mori.

Eye: Intense ruby colour with hints of violet.

Nose: It reveals a complex aromatic palette of ripe red fruits on a background of spices, vanilla and balsamic notes.

Mouth: Soft, warm and well balanced.

Food pairing: Well seasoned pasta dishes, roasts and mature cheeses.

Ideal serving temperature: 18° C (65° F).
