Touraine - La Caillerie Gamay 2017

The Gamay grape variety represents 25% of the production of Touraine wines. Harvested especially early compared to his brother Cabernet, the Gamay grape produces a supple wine, fruity, without astringency with the perfume of violet. Her beautiful light red dress, little
pronounced makes him look like his counterpart "Beaujolais".

The selection "La Caillerie" comes from quality areas where the wines are carefully raised in the tradition and the respect of the grape varieties. The exemplary maturity of the vintage makes it a very pleasant wine to drink lightly on white meats, small game or cheese. 

Served a little more roomy, it will perfectly accompany cold meats and meats. Like all Gamay grapes, it is characterized by a slightly peppery aroma and a very light beading.
