Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Domaine du Paradis may be a story of passion and emotion, but it is above all a story of beginnings. In the wine world, 1983 is not a common birth date for a winery. As a result, only the second generation will be counted when joining the adventure. While some people rely on tradition and age, we'll have to rely on dynamism, desire and innovation! That's all there is to it, isn't it?

Nose: This Sauvignon Blanc is a very aromatic wine, with scents of pink grapefruit and blackcurrant, and a lovely body.

Palate: Rich and mellow, with a very harmonious mineral and woody finish.

Food and wine pairing: This wine will go perfectly with shellfish, wild fish or just a nice spicy aperitif.

Serving temperature: Between 10° and 12°.
