Domaine du Paradis may be a story of passion and emotion, but it is above all a story of beginnings. In the wine world, 1983 is not a common birth date for a winery. So it will only be the second generation that will be counted when joining the adventure.

While some are banking on tradition and age, we're going to have to bank on dynamism, desire and innovation! That's all there is to it, isn't it?

Eye: Straw white

Nose: Notes of hawthorn, lime blossom and white flowers.

Palate: A fresh, floral wine. 

Food and wine pairing: A fine fillet of Féra à la meunière or an impromptu fondue.

Serving temperature: Between 8°C and 10°C,

Aging potential: 3 years
