Description
The Clos du Château is located in Choully, on the heights of Satigny, the largest wine-producing commune in Switzerland.
The estate offers an exceptional view of Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Lionel and Nathalie Dugerdil took over the family vineyard and relaunched the vinification on the estate in 2010. Nearly 30 hectares of vines are cultivated today.
Tasting
Eye : Very dark colour.
Nose : Aromas of wild fruit combined with spicy, peppery flavours and a touch of menthol.
Mouth ; complex and very rich
Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine, spicy dishes, meats in sauce, game and charcuterie.
