The varietals are raised in oak lightning for 11 months. Lightning is a wooden vase with a capacity of 3'300 to 4'300 liters to promote the micro-oxygenation of wine.
Tasting
Appearance: A velvet dress.
Aroma: A very expressive nose with peppery notes and fruits of the woods.
Palate: Structured with flexible tannins, which makes it ample.
Food pairing: Perfect with red meat, grilled meats, full-bodied cheeses and red fruit desserts.
Service: Serve between 12-16°C.
