Chasselas - Vieilles Vignes 2023

The Clos du Château is located in Choully, on the heights of Satigny, the largest wine-producing commune in Switzerland.

The estate offers an exceptional view of Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Lionel and Nathalie Dugerdil took over the family vineyard and relaunched the vinification on the estate in 2010. Nearly 30 hectares of vines are cultivated today.

Eye : Pale yellow colour with silver reflections.

Nose : Subtle fruity and floral aromas (citrus, lime, white flowers) and mineral notes.

Palate : supple, round and fresh thanks to the fine perception of carbonic gas sought after.

Service : Fresh, ideal as an aperitif, opens the appetite, accompanies all lake and river fish and cheese dishes.
