Sauvignon 2022

Located on the edge of the Geneva countryside, the vineyard of Domaine Château du Crest covers 16 hectares and is cultivated on rich, generous soil with an ideal climate. Thanks to this favourable environment, the diversification of the grape varieties has accelerated in recent years.

Eyes: clear, golden color.

Nose: Sauvignon is highly aromatic and perfumed, with aromas of exotic fruit (passion fruit), citrus (grapefruit) and blackcurrant.

Palate: pleasantly fresh. The balance between roundness and liveliness is noteworthy. The finish is persistent and saline, notably on citrus and lychee.

Food pairing: Aperitif, with asparagus, goat's cheese, fish, shellfish, seafood.

Serving temperature: 8°C

Aging potential: about 3 years
