Albert Luisier founded Cave L'Alchémille in 2014, after more than 34 years' experience as an artisan winemaker in two local wineries. His motivation is to return to a small-scale production to promote the quality and variety of his wines made from nine grape varieties.This human-scale production allows him to break away from local cannons to explore original creations such as cuvé Y, a sparkling wine made from the Riesling Sylvaner grape.Cave l'Alchémille produces well-balanced wines of character, AOC Valais, made from vines in Fully, Saillon, Leytron and Salquenen.
