Description
Founded in 1886 by Florentin Gal, the 15-hectare property in Pampelonne was passed down through the generations to his son Lucien Gal, then to his granddaughter Christine Coste Gal, who ran the estate for over 30 years. Today, Camille Coste is also following in the footsteps of the founder, managing the Mas de Pampelonne estate. In Provençal symbolism, three cypress trees at the entrance to a property are a symbol of hospitality, representing welcome, food and lodging, a warm, deeply human dimension that is now a sign of welcome. The Mas de Pampelonne has made this tradition its image, illustrating the values of our land in Provence.
Tasting
Eye: A pale pink colour, shining like the skin of a white peach.
Nose: A fine, if somewhat discreet, nose that does not give in to excess, but delivers a framework of white fruit, citrus fruit and spring flowers.
Palate: More expressive, with an invigorating, tangy and irresistibly refreshing flesh. White peach rubs shoulders with barley sugar. Long, elegant finish.
