Tasting
Nose: The nose is powerful and very fruity, with black fruits such as bilberry.
Palate: Impressively long on the palate, with a lovely freshness and silky tannins that are still very present.
Serving temperature: 16-18°.
Ageing potential: 30 years
Food and wine pairings: Delicious with braised meats, entrecote steak, rump steak, black truffles and rib of beef, it also goes very well with leg of lamb, duck confit or hard cheeses.
