Appearance : Clean, bright, intense gold with greeni sh rim.

Nose : Fruity, pear hins and slightly vegetal hints.

Tasting : Elegant, balanced, good acidity and thick.

Finish : Fruity finish, medium long.

Food Pairings :  It matches with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables.
