Coffret Sharish Original a/Gobelet - Gin

The Sharish Original recipe is based on a distillation using fresh Esmolfe wild apple, juniper, lemon verbena, Alentejo orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds and cloves. All the plants are distilled separately in traditional Portuguese stills, after which the alcohol content is corrected and a blend is made with all the distillates. An infusion of cinnamon and vanilla is then prepared.
The result is Sharish Original, a drink with a unique aroma, dominated by citrus flavours, the sweetness of wild Esmolfe apples and vanilla, and identifiable juniper. The most subtle touches in this gin come from cloves and coriander seeds, with a hint of Lúcia-Lima in the aftertaste.
