Ventozelo - Blend 2020

At Quinta de Ventozelo, there is a feature that stands out in the landscape, a mark of the human influence on this land. It is a strong colour that paints the doors of the Estate's warehouses, built in 1840.

At Quinta de Ventozelo, while every grape variety has a history, several can also be combined to create a common one. In the case of Blend, we have three that combine perfectly. The exuberance of Touriga Nacional is complemented by the elegance of Touriga Franca and the spicy finish of Tinta Roriz. This is a wine in which every glass reflects Ventozelo's fruit, terroir and vegetation.

Eye: an intense ruby colour.

Nose: ripe fruit stands out, surrounded by spicy notes, notably black pepper, acquired through ageing in wood.

Palate: very balanced, with silky tannins. Structured, full, with lively acidity. It has a long finish, with a touch of balsamic.
