Description
the village is known for its famous Clos cleared and walled up by the monks of Cîteaux at the end of the 12th century and on which they built the castle which today houses the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
Tasting
The wine has a beautiful, deep, bright red colour.
The nose is both powerful and refined, with aromas of violets and red and black fruits (raspberries, morello cherries, blackcurrants).
As it ages, notes of undergrowth, truffle and liquorice appear on a delicate, round and opulent structure, characteristic of the appellation.
