Tasting
"A revelation, a marvel! The ruby colour is of great beauty, taking on warmer and warmer shades with age. The intense aromas evoke raspberry and wild cherry, and become more complex as the years go by: undergrowth, truffle, candied fruits... A sublime architecture, with noble and racy tannins. The ideal of elegant perfection according to Joseph Drouhin, with a remarkable balance. An astonishing persistence of aromas in the mouth. The tasting is a great emotion".
