Jean-Luc Colombo is aware of the richness of France's gastronomic heritage and is keen to defend his excellent know-how.
This spontaneity and sense of sharing have earned Jean-Luc Colombo the appreciation and respect of his peers.
Known for being a friendly, wholehearted person, he bottles a part of himself each year to make an authentic wine for tasting!
