Bodegas Emilio Moro's flagship product bears the name of its creator and the winery's alma mater. It reflects the essence of the region's terroir and the passion of three generations dedicated to growing vines and producing Ribera del Duero wines with soul.

The Emilio Moro labels are distinguished by the image of a medallion that tells the story of the family from its beginnings. In Emilio Moro, we see a photo of Emilio Moro harvesting grapes with his father in the La Rendeja vineyard (1938).

Eye: A garnet-red colour of good intensity.

Nose: Complex and expressive. It combines the fresh red fruit notes typical of the grape variety with more mature nuances of black fruit, coffee and spices such as vanilla and cloves.

Palate: balanced, with medium structure and very soft tannins. Easy to drink, but with personality and a persistent, very pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing: Red meats, traditional roast lamb.

Serving temperature: 14-16ºC.
