SEPTENTRIA is Bonserine's ‘little sister’. Established decades ago in the northern vineyards of the Rhône Valley, the company uses its experience and knowledge to select distinctive, expressive wines that are the true flagships of their appellations.

The same quality philosophy applies to SEPTENTRIA's selections as to the estate's wines. Their approach to maturing and ageing red wines over long periods of time sets them apart, producing elegant, well-patinated cuvées.

For the white wines, they exploit their mastery of the Viognier grape variety, sometimes working on prestigious, well-known terroirs, but also on discoveries and unique features.

Eye: A golden yellow colour with green and mother-of-pearl highlights.

Nose: Its powerful fragrance is dominated by a bouquet of fresh fruit, apricot and white peach.

Palate: Well-structured, with a fine balance of acidity and alcohol, and a lingering finish of fresh mineral notes.

Peak: After 1 to 2 years' ageing

Food and wine pairings: Enjoy it as an aperitif, or with white fish or white meats. It will surprise you with a cheese platter.
