Founded in 1810 on the prestigious Pauillac terroir, Château Pédesclaux is one of the finest estates in the Médoc, on the Left Bank of the Bordeaux region.Complexity, depth, power and voluptuousness, Château Pédesclaux embodies the excellence of the greatest Pauillacs, with a style in which the freshness of the fruit is always preserved. Benefiting from an exceptional terroir that "looks out over the water", the vineyard of Château Pédesclaux is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gironde estuary.

Nose: Opens with notes of pastries, almonds and orange peel.

Palate: Delicious aromas of freshly picked red fruit, followed by a delicious finish of round, velvety tannins.

Food and wine pairing: Pork, Cheese & Aged cheese.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.

Decanting time: 1 hour

Aging potential: 10 - 15 years
