Bees arrived on our estate in 2020. Today, 31 hives and several thousand bees contribute to the biodiversity of our land, and it was meeting Yoann Chrétien, a beekeeper in Provence, that helped us realise this dream. The bees thrive in the garrigue and forest of Mont-Redon.

Tasting
After discovering this creamy, smooth, golden honey, the first thing that stands out on the nose is broom, followed by floral, fruity and warm flavours on the palate: yellow flowers, ripe pear, mango, marzipan and sugar syrup. The finish is awakened by a sweet bitterness, like an infusion of mint.
