Description
Let's delve into the past to reveal a rich and complex history secretly preserved in the archives of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion.
From 1840 to the present day, the reputation of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion has grown steadily, first as "Château de Canolle", then as "La Rivette", then successively as "La Rivette" and "Brion-Larrivet", but it was not until 1874 that the estate acquired its almost definitive name.
In 1929, the property finally found its name: Château Larrivet Haut-Brion.

Tasting
Very beautiful deep garnet-red colour with a complex, charming bouquet featuring roasted and toasty aromas as well as hints of black fruit and vanilla..
Elegant, concentrated, powerful, and well-balanced on the palate. Long aftertaste with remarkably smooth tannin. A great wine with fine ageing potential that will richly reward patience.
