Tasting
Reflecting its youth, the colour is ruby red.
The nose, of good intensity, is marked by balsamic, cocoa, caramel and vanilla bean notes, mixed with fruit aromas. When aired, the wine reveals fruit aromas, cherry and strawberry. The freshness is brought by the liquorice side and the notes of blond tobacco which are fully expressed.
On the palate, the attack is beautiful, ample and silky, the tannins are delicate, well coated, with a hollow space in the middle of the mouth. The finish stretches out on beautiful ripe red fruits. A lot of unctuousness for this wine which should bring a certain pleasure.
