Oeil-de-Perdrix 2023

From the founder Samuel Châtenay in 1796 to the present day, Caves Châtenay-Bouvier SA has survived many turbulences. The winegrowers had to find a new clientele, beyond the canton, and the excellence of their products was their best argument. This emphasis on excellence is still relevant today, as evidenced by the numerous cantonal, national and even international awards.

Appearance: Dress is color «eye-de-partrix», salmony, with roses.  

Aroma: A rich expression, with red berries and a slight confit.

Palate: Racée, first stretched, then quickly generous, full, with remarkable vivacity and complexity.

Service: 12-14°C. Perfect with white meats, fish and exotic cuisine: the Oeil de-Perdrix is one of the few wines with champagne that can accompany an entire meal.
