Colour : Intense garnet with noticeable violet tones.
Aroma : Intense and complex, with notes of forest fruits and ripe red berries. There are also notes of spices and dried fruit.
Flavour : Fruity, soft, well-structured and with a noticeable final persistence.
It's ideal with matured cheeses and structured dishes based on fatty fish and red meat.
