Description

Cartuxa is a traditional company from Evora that finances charitable and social works with the proceeds from its wines.

Pêra-Manca is the brand that the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida dedicates to its exceptional wines.

The white Pêra-Manca was first produced in 1990.

Tasting

Eye : light golden yellow.

Nose : The bouquet has a lot of volume, but seems quite elegant due to the pronounced pear scent and integrated wood.

Palate : The compact body is marked by a distinct acidity, the long finish is conciliatory with a spicy bitter orange note and some pepper.
