Esprit des Mers 2022

L'esprit des Mers is the typical fresh white wine of Borie-Manoux, dominated by Sauvignon and produced in the famous Entre-Deux-Mers appellation in Bordeaux.

The appellation is bordered by the Dordogne to the north and the Garonne to the south and is mainly planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon for the white wines, as well as Muscadelle and Merlot blanc, Colombard and Ugni Blanc.

After the harvest, Borie-Manoux selects the best lots of the Entre-Deux-Mers for the Esprit des Mers from selected partner châteaux.

Eye : Pale and limpid colour.

Nose : Pleasant, the nose is fresh and greedy with fruit and citrus aromas.

Palate : Beautiful acidity, finely tamed.

Serving suggestions : Served chilled, it is ideal as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish.
