The Domaine de Ladoucette vineyard is located on the southern flank of the Saint Andelain hill.
Tasting
Eye : A brilliant pale gold colour with golden highlights.
Nose : The delicate and complex olfactory expression opens with aromas reminiscent of white flowers and exotic fruits. Very nice complexity for a vintage where the late season sunshine has contributed a lot to the aromas. An excellent complexity which translates into a great richness.
Palate: A beautiful, frank and lively attack, it unfolds with elegance on fruity notes associated with a dense structure and a beautiful acidity which brings great length to the finish. There are aromas of exotic fruits (lychee, mango).
Food & wine pairing : Ladoucette goes very well with grilled or roasted sea fish, scallops....Open the bottle a few minutes beforehand to allow the wine to express itself fully.
The wine is ready to drink but can also be kept in the cellar, the evolution of the aromas allows a different bouquet throughout the life of the wine.
