Description

The Allegrini family has been protagonists in the history of Fumane and Valpolicella Classica since the sixteenth century, and has passed on the culture of vines and wine ever since.

The corporate heritage of Giovanni Allegrini, architect of the renaissance of Valpolicella, has been passed on to the next generation. Today, Franco's heirs are at the head of the company: Francesco, Giovanni and Matteo and Silvia, Walter's heir.

Tasting

Valpolicella Superiore is one of the great wines of the Veronese tradition, known and appreciated for its sobriety and elegance. Compared to its namesake Valpolicella, it owes its ‘superiority’ to oak ageing, which enriches its structure and complexity.

Eye: Bright ruby red.

Nose: It opens with a bewitching hint of red fruit.

Palate: Dry and velvety, with a pleasant almond aftertaste and a pleasantly persistent finish.

Degree: 13.5%°
