The AVY, or Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne, is a cooperative society founded in 1902. Today, our team of about ten professionals encaves, vinifies and markets the production of Swiss wines of its 120 members.
We produce exclusively white, red, sweet and sparkling wines answering to the appellation Yvorne Chablais AOC by vinifying the harvest of 55 hectares of vines on the 160 hectares which account the area of production. The wine contains 83% of Chasselas and 2% of noble white grapes (Doral, Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc) and 15% of noble red grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, Dakapo, Cabernet Franc , Gallota, Mara and Diolinoir).
The exceptional Vaud wines that we produce combine ancestral know-how and modern techniques. Looking to the future, we seek to raise wines always more generous and elegant. This is how our great Swiss wines are regularly recognized and awarded.
